We love analog :-) So just do a quick sketch of how your desks are laid out. Take a pic on your phone and pop it into this chat app. I'll make contact with the best solution for your office.

Is freight included in the pricing ?

So first of all everything is free within the Wellington and Manawatu areas.

Outside of these areas we charge based on weight but if your order is over $500 for the North Island and $800 for the South Island we'll freight it to you free of charge.

Question 6

What's your delivery time ?

Pretty much everything we have on our web site is in stock. We process all orders received before 11.00 am same day. If they are received after 11.00 am they are dispatched next day.

However we also have tailored solutions that we order from our factory and they have a 6 week delivery time on them. They tend to be products where we are offering multiple colour options and/or size/feature options. They are clearly marked as "6 week delivery".

Can I see your stuff before I buy ?

We don't have a showroom - we operate completely virtually. If you want to try anything we'll just send it to you and you can send it back if you don't want it (for any reason). For larger furniture items we have customers who provide access to see the solution in action.

Where are your products manufactured ?

It varies. Some products are made in China and some in Taiwan.

Some is locally manufactured. We don't really mind where it's made. We just choose "best of class" within it's category.

Question 9

Do you assemble or install ?

We do assembly and installations of virtually all of our products but we don't travel the length of the country to do small quantities.

We DO provide detailed instructions and help you through the process. None of our products are difficult to assemble or install.

Do you do larger orders ?

We take any size of order.

What warranties are on your products?

Accepted Answer

It varies but generally it is 5 years unless otherwise specified.

We know that our products are of the highest quality and will stand the test of time hence our 5 year warranty.

Note: Normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper usage and damage from natural disasters is not covered by our warranty, because they are simply out of our control.
