So first of all everything is free within the Wellington and Manawatu areas.

Outside of these areas we charge based on weight but if your order is over $500 for the North island and $800 for the South Island we'll freight it to you free of charge.

Pretty much everything we have on our web site is in stock. We process all orders received before 11.00 am same day. If they are received after 11.00 am they are dispatched next day.

However we also have tailored solutions that we order from our factory and they have a 6week delivery time on them. They tend to be products where we are offering multiple colour options and/or size/feature options. They are clearly marked as "6 week delivery".

We don't have a showroom - we operate completely virtually. If you want to try anything we'll just send it to you and you can send it back if you don't want it (for any reason). For larger furniture items we have customers who provide access to see the solution in action.

It varies. Some products are made in China and some in Taiwan.

Some is locally manufactured. We don't really mind where it's made. We just choose "best of class" within it's category.

We do assembly and installations of virtually all of our products but we don't travel the length of the country to do small quantities.

We DO provide detailed instructions and help you through the process. None of our products are difficult to assemble or install.

We take any size of order.

It varies but generally it is 5 years unless otherwise specified.

We know that our products are of the highest quality and will stand the test of time hence our 5 year warranty.

Note: Normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper usage and damage from natural disasters is not covered by our warranty, because they are simply out of our control.
