The Guardian are reporting on an initiative within an Indian local government where they are encouraging staff to do some desk yoga to "de-stress" and
"freshen up" during their work day.
Not sure how widespread this practice is but it would seem to be a great idea ? Technically you don't need a sit stand desk to do this but it would allow you to explore some interesting yoga positions.
We have always said that the sit stand desk is just a tool. It's what you do with it that counts ?
Can't see it catching on too much at the Ministry of Serious people in downtown Wellington though :-)))
