Fast Company have been conducting a year long study of people who are using standing desks in the workplace. They have just come to their (not actually very fast) conclusions....and the answer is (drum roll).
"you might want to try both sitting and standing"....
Hmmm we could have saved them alot of time and effort arriving at that conclusion.
