Get a yoga block and work out at your desk...

You don't need much to be able to exercise while you are standing at your desk but a yoga block helps heaps...


They cost $15 from Nzfitnessgear.co.nz and you won't regret it ! Great for strengthening calves, achilles and those muscles in your feet that are hard to get to. We made a little video with some ideas but really you need to get creative yourself :-)
