Don't "baby your back" !

This article from Harvard health writes about the "mysteries of back pain" and how conventional thinking about back pain just doesn't seem to fit anymore with recent science.

When people are talking about "bulging or slipped disks", the article maintains that these characteristics are " no different than wrinkles as you age". So EVERYONE has these whether they are experiencing pain or not ?

The main takeout from the article is the need not to "baby your back". What so many people are doing is pointing at these "slipped and bulging discs" as a reason to sit down and rest for the remainder of their lives. This, of course, results in more pain and discomfort.

Keep moving and keep exercising your back. And we provide the tools to be able to do this.
